Discrediting of the name of the Metropolitan Sheptitsky by Soviet propaganda though movie

Abstract

Some attempts of Communist Soviet ideology and propaganda of discrediting the
Metropolitan Andrey’s (Sheptytsky) name (1865­1944) at the time of the launch of his
beatification (1958) are analyzed.
