Alexander Voronin in celebration of the Millennium of the Baptism of UkraineRus (1985–1989)

Abstract

The participation and contribution of civil and religious leader of the Ukrainian Diaspora
in the USA Alexander Voronin in celebration of the Millennium of the Baptism of Ukraine­
Rus are considered. The events were held during 1985­1989 and O. Voronin was a participant
of these events. Attention is focused on selfless, various scientific, cultural and educational
work of Alexander Voronin. It is alleged that the source of his efforts was a passionate love
of Ukraine and commitment to Christian ideals.
