The edition of the Ukrainian translation of the Gospel on the pages of the «Kievsakya Starina» magazine

Abstract

The process of the translation of the Gospel into Ukrainian and its edition in the «Kievskaya
starina» magazine are analyzed. Also the attitude of the community towards the introduc-
tion of the Ukrainian to their clerical life is studied.
